Year 10 Great Debate about TikTok

Year 10 teams debated whether TikTok should have an age restriction of 18 plus as part of a literacy house competition.

Two teams from each house debated whether TikTok should be restricted to age 18 and above, organised by the literacy team at Bishop’s. Each team researched their point of view and delivered confident and forceful facts and opinions. Staff joined in with some teams to help support their arguments. Teams from different houses went against each other and the Franklin teams were the winners, closely followed by Parr. It was great to see year 10 students demonstrating great oracy skills and debating with determination and aplomb. Well done to all the participants!
