Facilities for Hire
We are delighted to offer stunning facilities in a state-of-the-art building. Pupils and external hirers can benefit from flood WiFi and well equipped rooms. Those with disabilities are fully catered for in terms of access and height adjustable furniture.
Our building includes the following facilities:
Main assembly hall: a large room with retractable seating, grand piano and projector. A full light and sound system is available for performances, operated from a control room.
Sports hall: a four court sports hall with sprung floor features basketball nets and a central dividing net. Changing rooms have showers and include facilities for those with disabilities.
Dance/aerobics studio: a stunning studio with two mirrored walls, sprung floor and ballet barre.
Drama studio: a large room with a lighting system, black curtains and projector.
Standard classrooms: light and airy classrooms seat up to 32 and are equipped with interactive projectors. Smaller group rooms are available for 4 to 8 people.
Computer rooms: 3 computer suites are equipped with 32 student computers.
Food teaching room: this teaching kitchen has 11 standard pupil workstations and one suitable for those with disabilities, with a total capacity of 24.
Practical rooms: these include art, textiles, graphical design and fully fitted science laboratories.
Dining room and café: The ground floor dining room opens onto external space with a fully glassed dining canopy with lights. A separate café is available for Sixth Formers. The main kitchen services these areas with roller blind hatches, and hot and cold servery units. A kiosk is available for service of light refreshments externally.
External space: the school grounds include 6 hard multi-use courts, a playing field, pond and large patio area. Some areas of grass are under refurbishment.
