BHGS biologist wins the National Biology spelling bee competition

BHGS biologists from all key stages join in with the national RSB’s spelling bee and Amelina R wins the year 13 category.

The Royal Society of Biology organised a national biology spelling bee as part of this year’s Biology Week. Pupils from all year groups entered the competition and the winners from each year had to spell as many biology words as possible in 2 minutes. It was intense but good fun and I am very proud to have won the year 13 category.
