Bishop’s embraced Safer Internet Week with a clear focus on making the online world safer and more positive. The week featured impactful assemblies, expert-led E-Safety talks, and engaging activities during form period, lunchtime and after school. From examining Steganography in Digital Forensics to using Machine Learning to identify various superheroes, students took part in a mixture of events that deepened their knowledge of Computer Science. Students reflected on their digital behaviour, leveraging the power of social media for positivity. Privacy and responsible online practices were emphasized, culminating in a collective commitment to a safer digital space. The week fostered a mindset shift, leaving the school community with a renewed dedication to promoting positive online interactions.
