Amazing Wind Turbines!

Year 9 renewable energy wind turbine models

Year 9 have been studying the issues associated with the burning of fossil fuels in their Geography lessons. The girls have been investigating alternative sources of energy including wind and solar energy. Year 9 were given the challenge to design and build a model of a wind turbine or solar oven. Here are some photos and a video of the wonderful designs.
