Animals About visits Bishop’s to show students a range of exotic animals

Students like me, that enjoy Science Club and Crafty Creatures Club were treated to a visit by Animals About on Wednesday 13th October, as part of Biology Week. We were presented with a variety of exotic animals including a tarantula, snake and hissing cockroach! We were allowed to hold or stroke the animals and learnt all about their habitats and life style as well as their endangered status, linking in with the theme of biodiversity and climate change for Biology Week 2021.
